Lincoln Elliot is an experienced strategy and operating model advisor who has worked with Boards, CEOs and executive teams across Australia, the US and Asia-Pacific. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Lexcen Consulting, a Perth-based firm known for its clear thinking, collaborative style, and ability to deliver strategy that gets traction.

Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Lincoln has led strategy, operating model design, customer experience and executive advisory projects across industries including resources, government, sport, health, infrastructure, education, and technology. Prior to founding Lexcen, he was Managing Director of the global management consulting firm Sia Partners in Perth and has held senior executive roles in professional services, financial services and marketing.

Lincoln currently chairs the Board of a community-focused arts organisation and serves as a strategic advisor to national sporting bodies. He has conducted detailed governance reviews for complex member-based and purpose-driven organisations, and has worked extensively with Indigenous organisations, government agencies, not-for-profits and high-growth businesses to navigate complexity and lead change.
