Penelope Bettison has built a diverse career across technology, energy, marketing, professional services, and the not-for-profit sectors. She founded and scaled a successful marketing agency, leading it for ten years before a strategic exit that cemented her entrepreneurial foundation.
She has since held senior executive and COO roles in start-ups and scale-ups, guiding organisations through key milestones including an ASX listing, capital raising, and international expansion. Her governance experiences spans serving as an ASX Executive Director and as a Non-Executive Director for not-for-profit boards, bringing both strategic and operational expertise.
