Chair Profile
‘A recent highlight was joining the board of a US SaaS company preparing for APAC expansion. While the strategy looked strong on paper, I recognised regulatory gaps and cultural missteps that would have slowed progress and compromised success. By reshaping the approach with local nuance and a phased rollout, we entered on time, under budget, and delivered double the forecasted first-year revenue.’
