Nick Czeperko is an experienced CEO, business owner and strategic leader who has spent more than 35 years building and leading businesses across Australia and Asia. Beginning his career in the electrical trade, he successfully built a national distribution business into an international operation before leading the Australian market entry and growth of an overseas company as CEO.

His journey from the workshop floor to the boardroom has given him a practical understanding of what it takes to grow a business at every stage. Equally comfortable discussing operational challenges, financial performance or long-term strategy, Nick brings both commercial discipline and real-world experience to the leaders he works alongside.
