Vik Dogra is an experienced CEO, board adviser and growth strategist with a strong track record in scaling up complex, multi-site healthcare and professional services businesses. He brings deep expertise in strategic planning, execution and leadership, having led organisations through sustained growth, transformation and diversification in highly regulated, competitive environments.

Most recently, Vik led the strategic direction as the CEO of Jobfit Health Group (Australia’s leading workplace health care company) employing more than 500 people across 49 clinics and operating multiple client site clinic operations. Under his leadership, revenue grew multi-fold, customer satisfaction increased by 40 per cent and Net Promoter Score by 50 per cent, establishing clear industry leadership in workplace health services. He also drove significant expansion through organic growth and more than 50 M&A transactions to help diversify into becoming one of the significant GP clinic operators in Australia, while leading a major digital transformation that improved operational efficiency, workforce engagement and customer experience.

Alongside his executive career, Vik has held senior roles including National General Manager of Jobfit Health Group, Head of Strategic Development for Fullerton Health Australia and APAC Sales Manager for Opaltec Australia. He currently advises Australia’s largest primary care provider and serves on advisory boards across multiple industries.
