Nick Pagett has built his career leading, transforming and scaling organisations across corporate, government, research and entrepreneurial environments. He brings broad leadership experience spanning family businesses, multinationals, start-ups, government and semi-government organisations, with a track record of reshaping operating models, creating strategic partnerships and driving enterprise-wide change.

Throughout his career, Nick has held senior executive and CEO roles including CEO and Executive Director of AgriPark, CEO and General Manager of the IGA Fresh Division at Metcash, CEO and Owner of OzTaste and Tastemark, and Director Global Business Development and Innovation/Commercialisation at CSIRO. His experience spans leading organisations from regional operations through to national and global enterprises.

Nick is passionate about helping businesses navigate growth, transformation and succession. Alongside leading multiple successful business transformations, he has mentored emerging CEOs, supported more than ten start-ups and worked closely with leadership teams to build stronger, more resilient organisations positioned for long-term success.
