Greg Griffith is an accomplished CEO, entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience leading commercial organisations, industry associations, agribusinesses and consumer ventures across Australia and New Zealand. Throughout his career he has built a reputation for driving business transformation, creating new revenue opportunities and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
As CEO of Family Business Australia and Family Business New Zealand, Greg led national member programs, delivered sustained membership growth and developed innovative commercial initiatives, including the nationally recognised Meet the Owner program. He also served as CEO of the National Retail Association and CEO of Dairy Farmers Milk Cooperative, where he oversaw a business with more than $500 million in annual turnover while managing complex commercial and stakeholder relationships.
Greg’s experience also includes leading commercial partnerships with Melbourne Football Club and founding Bikey Wipes Global Holdings, successfully building and expanding an international consumer brand. Alongside his executive career, he has served on numerous commercial and not-for-profit boards, providing strategic leadership and governance across multiple sectors.
