With over 27 years’ experience as a CEO and senior executive, Alan has led diverse, multi-disciplinary teams across sectors including automotive, manufacturing, distribution, digital content creation, infrastructure, and local government. He has successfully steered businesses through growth and transformation—and navigated some of the toughest conditions leadership can bring. His career has spanned recessions, private equity transactions, regulatory change, margin erosion, fires, hostile shareholders, and major cultural shifts.
At the heart of Alan’s leadership philosophy is a belief in customer service excellence as a transformative force. He has seen firsthand how aligning teams around shared goals, meaningful performance metrics, and a service-first mindset can unlock innovation, improve efficiency, and deliver breakthrough results.
