Andrew Egan has spent more than 25 years pioneering circular economy practices in the property and construction sector. As founder and Managing Director of Egans Asset Management and the Wise Office Furniture Program, he developed integrated solutions for office furniture removal, reuse, recycling and fit out, helping the industry move from a linear model towards genuine resource recovery. Under his leadership, landfill diversion rates reached over 80 per cent, well above industry averages, and helped set new benchmarks for sustainable practice.

He has worked with government departments, universities, real estate investment trusts (REITS) and corporations to design and implement ESG and circular economy strategies that deliver measurable impact. His work has been studied by RMIT and contributed to the Monash University Circular Economy Hub, reflecting his role in shaping both academic and industry understanding of sustainable business models.

A longstanding member of Vistage (TEC) since 1998, Andrew values the trust, lessons and enduring relationships he has developed with fellow members and Chairs. He now continues his advisory work as a senior consultant with Sustainable Workplace Solutions, supporting medium-sized enterprises to develop ESG strategies that align across their value chain.
